Request an RMA number from our technical support representatives for products under warranty prior to shipping products to IMC Networks. Products under warranty are currently those manufactured since January 1999, which have a six year warranty. View Warranty Policy
Charges may be applicable if the product has sustained damage due to abuse. IMC Networks may issue out of warranty products an RMA, but each product will incur a fee of $75 plus any components.
