Management Team
A team of executives with a vast array of experience in computer networking, data communications and LAN/MAN connectivity leads IMC Networks. They come from a variety of leading high technology companies such as Sperry UNIVAC, Western Digital, Printronix and Data General. Their vision and combined expertise continues to make IMC Networks a leader in optical access solutions.
Jerry Roby - Founder, Chairman & CEO
Jerry Roby is the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of IMC Networks. Under Roby's leadership, IMC Networks has evolved over three decades from a manufacturer of PC cards, hubs and LAN repeaters into one of the leading manufacturers of Media Converters, optical access and Fiber to the Premises solutions. Prior to founding IMC Networks in 1988, Roby held a variety of technical management, sales management and corporate management positions with Sperry UNIVAC and Pertec Computer Corp and has over 50 years industry experience. Roby majored in Chinese language at Yale University and the University of California at Berkeley. In 1997, he completed the Harvard Business School OPM education program.
Michael Dailey - President & COO
Michael Dailey is the president and chief operating officer and is responsible for running the company's day-to-day operations. Dailey has twenty nine years of experience in high technology industries, and has held corporate finance positions at several computer companies including Western Digital and Printronix before joining IMC Networks in 1988 Dailey holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
Jeff Murray - VP Manufacturing Operations
Jeff Murray is the vice president of manufacturing operations at IMC Networks and is responsible for the company's manufacturing operations with a focus on customer satisfaction. Murray was the driving force behind the attainment of the ISO 9001 certification in 1999. Before joining IMC Networks, Murray held various senior management positions during his fifteen years at Alpha Microsystems, most recently as its director of operations. Murray has a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
Janet Thompson - VP Human Resources
Janet Thompson is the vice president of human resources at IMC Networks. Thompson joined IMC Networks shortly after its founding. In her 28 years in the computer industry, she has held a variety of positions in the areas of customer support, order processing and administration. Thompson holds a B.A. in Sociology from Bloomfield College and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Russ Schott – Manager Engineering (Hardware)
Russ Schott is the manager of Hardware Engineering and is responsible for IMC Networks’ hardware design and development, document control and customer service. Schott has 28 years experience in the high tech electronics industry and has held several management positions at Conexant and Quartics and technical positions at Rockwell and various electronics consultant firms. Schott holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
Terry Partridge – Manager Engineering (Software)
Terry Partridge is the manager of Software Engineering and is responsible for providing leadership of the Software Engineering Team in design, development, test, and deployment of all IMC Networks software solutions. Partridge has 23 years of experience in the computer and software development fields and has held similar positions for other industry leading companies such as AST Research, Symantec, and Fair Isaac Corporation. Partridge holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Software Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
